1.1 Eligibility for Reprints

If you receive a product that is printed incorrectly, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, you are eligible for a reprint. To initiate this process, please contact Adorn The Bold Merchant Support within 3 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Reporting Issues

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • A detailed description of the problem.
  • Photographic evidence of the errors or damages.

Our team will review the submitted information and inspect the reported issues. If we determine that the product does not meet our quality standards, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

1.3 Timeframe for Reprints

Once your request is approved, we aim to process and ship the replacement product within 3 business days.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

In the event that there are issues with the reprint or if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you may request a full refund. To do so, please ensure that all required information is submitted to Adorn The Bold Merchant Support.

2.2 Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be processed within one business day after we receive all necessary information regarding the issue. Refunds will be issued to your Adorn The Bold account or original payment method.

2.3 Terms and Conditions
